University of Kerala, also known as Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram, has invited applications from qualified and competent Indian candidates for recruitment 2012, for the following posts:
- Senior Research Fellowship (SRF)
- Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF)
The appointment is to be done for the following disciplines:
- Botany
- Geology
- Optoelectronics
- Physics
- Zoology
The recruitment is to be done for a period of one year, which can be extended till the completion of PURSE Programme. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the interview. Eligibility:
Senior Research Fellowship (SRF)
- M Sc / M Tech Degree in the concerned subject or its equivalent qualification with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- Candidates, who have currently registered for PhD programme and have interest in the thrust areas of PURSE programme, will be preferred.
Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF)
- PhD in the concerned subject or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Should have consistent good academic record at Master’s level
- Candidates having PhD in the relevant field and relevance to the thrust areas of PURSE programme will be preferred.
