Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from experienced and capable Indian aspirants for recruitment 2012, for the post of School Principal. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of personal interview. Candidates short-listed in initial screening will be called for the interview. Eligibility:

• PhD / Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University under UPSC / UGC
• B Ed Degree / Diploma in Education or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative charge and minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized College / Higher Secondary School
• Candidates having experience in a Military / Sainik School will be preferred.
• Candidates should be below the age of 55 years.
